Can Digi-Planer products be used outdoors?
The digital system will give inaccurate readings and/or
error messages if it gets wet. The liquid crystal in the display
will have trouble functioning properly below 35 degrees and above 120
degrees (Fahrenheit scale).

How do I shorten the digital scale?
Digi-Planer:
1. Use a blade capable of cutting hardened stainless steel.
2. Saw into the laminate side first.
3. Remove any burrs.

How do I calibrate my Digi-Planer product?
1. Press the ZERO button where applicable.

My planer manufacturer is not listed. Do
you sell a retrofit for it?
Only the planers listed have been tested for fit and function.
However, Digi-Planer product can be installed almost anywhere with an appropriate installation bracket.

What are the differences between Digi-Planer and
your industrial available products?
Our commercially available products are more accurate, can measure longer
ranges, can display fractions, and are better suited to industrial
machinery and applications, such as near high voltage motors/wiring,
machinery that builds a static charge, and very high use rates.

We are working on another measuring system for planers that is
planned for release during 2008. It will be a product MADE IN USA.
