Incremental Measure:
Incremental measure is the distance from a secondary position. On a table saw, this could be the distance to the edge of an inverted router bit. It could also be the distance from the left edge of the saw blade. It can even be used to account for the blade's kerf when making repeating cuts (where the strips cut to the left of the blade need to be the same width). The incremental distance can be set to zero, or to any other offset, quickly and easily using the keypad. Changing between Absolute and Incremental modes is easily done by pressing a single key. The incremental distance is retained when the display's power is off.
